Employee engagement reaches new levels.

At Synergy we’re complete advocates of effective employee engagement, but perhaps this is taking things a little too far…

From rock climbing walls in reception, to laughter yoga, to appointing a ‘chief fun officer’, some US companies really are taking things to extreme to ensure employees have fun at work. And apparently it’s all in the name of ‘empowerment, engagement and creativity’ – hot buzzwords in internal communications right now.
