In the words of Gordon Ramsey, training – DONE, eating healthily – DONE, week’s ban on the booze – DONE. (Well, apart from the cheeky Shandy Chris had at lunch today). Chris and Gemma are ready for the big run on Sunday. We’re taking bets on who will win!
