The conference focused on examples of good practice adopted by successful brands and insight from behavioural science. From energising employees after a crisis, to communicating major change, with a bit of neuroscience thrown in for good measure, the conference covered some diverse themes.
Oh and the conference culminated in the BOC IC Brilliance Awards. We were thrilled to have won the award for Best Internal Communications Campaign, picking up the trophy for our work with ODEON Cinemas Group for our work on their 2016 Vision and Values campaign.
