We brought to life the new vision and values with a strong creative theme and awareness campaign

Bracknell Forest Homes look after over 5,000 rented homes. They were at a critical time in their development and now was the time to embark on their next phase of development.
The brief
To educate and motivate employees about a new vision, business plan and set of values in a modern, creative and memorable way to set the scene for everyone moving forward to the future.
Our objectives were to develop a strong creative theme to bring the vision and values alive, educate employees about these in a meaningful way and create excitment and pride in how employees can really make a difference every day.
How we tackled it
With two months to launch and a dispersed employee base, we focused on understanding how employees wanted to be communicated with and maintaining momentum once the launch had taken place. Our strategy involved:
- Employee research with field-based employees, managers and head office staff to understand the best communication methods.
- A creative, memorable brand and style named Magnificent Seven based on their seven new values.
- A structured communications plan with activity before launch, during launch and after launch.
- Three launch presentations hosted by the Chief Executive at times convenient to different staff groups.
The outcome
The event was a huge success with employees and it's been talked about and remembered.
The campaign has also been recognised with a number of awards:
