Birds Eye products have been family favourites for over 60 years, providing healthy, natural food for all ages.

The brief

To produce internal leadership training course material which quickly engages managers and gives them all the information they need.

How we tackled it

We put together a training pack featuring striking design and clear messaging, that managers would genuinely want to keep as a handy reference guide.

The outcome

After the success of the training pack, we are beginning to work on Birds Eye's total reward statement for UK employees.
