Jelf is a leading UK broker and consultancy which provides owner-managed businesses and individuals with advice on insurance, employee benefits and financial planning.

 

The brief

Jelf integrated four acquired companies to simplify the structure of their organisation, triggering a review of their corporate brand. The brief was to breathe new life into the brand, clearly show that they were now operating as one business and clearly communicate their integrated services and expertise.

 

How we tackled it

We took responsibility for the planning, design and implementation of the new brand - from web site, intranet and advertising to presentations to employees and more. The identity is professional, clean and understated, but still catches the eye.

 

The outcome

This rebrand represented an important step in the development of Jelf as an organisation, as it moved from a collection of regional businesses to one national company. Feedback from clients and employees has been extremely positive (100% of staff indicated they liked the look of the new One Jelf newsletter; 68% of staff felt the new literature would help them better convey the Jelf proposition to clients).

 

The branding work was shortlisted in the Corporate Communications Awards for best rebranding exercise.
