The brief
To communicate the reward and bonus schemes to all retail employees, also emphasising how every member of the team plays a vital part.
How we tackled it
We produced a boldly designed retail reward book that not only gives employees all the information they need about the different rewards and benefits, but conveys the business’ energy and helps to make everyone feel part of its success.
