Following the appointment of a new CEO and introduction of new vision and values, ODEON & UCI Cinemas Group wanted to improve employee engagement and ensure everyone was clear about the company’s vision for the future.
We carried out extensive research to understand employees’ view of the business and designed the creative look and feel of the campaign.
The creative concept ‘Make every day an inspiring experience’ was applied to a range of multimedia and face-to-face communications. Managers were identified as key to success and we also devised and ran interactive manager training events.
The campaign was cascaded to 9,000 employees. An OHI Pulse Survey showed a 25% increase in engagement – the third biggest OHI increase of any company in OHI scores history. 98% of employees now have a good understanding of the vision and values of the company and the role they play in achieving it.
