Rebranding to support IGW's ambitious growth plans

What we did

IGW – previously IG Watteeuw – had a new strategy for sustainable growth and a new structure to make it happen. They selected Synergy to ensure the way they presented themselves to the outside world was helping them achieve their ambitions.

Our answer was gaining insight into their capabilities and culture through factory visits and meeting employees, followed by a full rebrand that reflected the company's heritage and supported their acceleration into new market sectors around the world.

Employee engagement was top priority and the new brand was brought to life internally with an exciting interior design for the factory and office spaces.
