Engaging a remote workforce event: insight and best practice from IoIC and CIPR

Save the date! On July 10th, Synergy will be hosting the IoIC and the CIPR for an event all about engaging remote workforces.

Join us 5.00pm-7.00pm at the Synergy office in Bristol to hear from Jenni Field who will be sharing her recent research on this important topic.

Engaging a remote workforce can prove to be a challenge. When your staff aren’t based at a desk and using a laptop throughout the day, it can be tricky for your communications to reach them.

Think labourers, warehouse workers, mechanics and cleaners: how can organisations ensure these people are in the loop, engaged and living the company values? After all, engaged workforces are outperforming their peers by 147%, so it’s definitely something worth tapping into.
