Arval and Synergy scoop 4 employer brand awards

The Journey Makers strikes again - a big win for Arval's employer brand.

Last night, we donned our finest attire and headed to London for the 2019 Employer Brand Management Awards. The work we did with Arval on their employer brand, The Journey Makers, was nominated for 4 awards and we’re absolutely chuffed to say we won two gold and two silver awards!

The wins:
  • Gold for Best Employer Brand Management from the Transport and Logistics Sector
  • Gold for Best Employer Brand Management from the Financial Services Sector
  • Silver for Best Communication of the Employer Brand to the Internal Audience
  • Silver for Best Employee Experience

 

The EBMAs act as a benchmark of the employer brand management process and work to highlight successful employer branding, celebrating the campaigns and organisations that are doing some of the best work in this field. The Journey Makers helped to create brand ambassadors at Arval and has reduced the cost of hire from approximately £1,500-£2,000 to just £117. So we’re really pleased that this work continues to be recognised.
